DOORMAT CARE

Wear and tear will be a natural occurrence and it’s longevity will depend on foot traffic, exposure to the elements, and care

- Keep in a dry, covered area

- Spot clean with a damp cloth

- Gently shake or vacuum

- Do not allow doormat to get soaked in water

- If your doormat does get wet, simply hang to dry (if the coir darkens, it’s time to hang to dry)

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my doormat and get a refund?

At this time, we are not accepting returns, cancellations or exchanges. However, every situation is different! If you have any issues with your doormat, please reach out to us via email at wildecactus@gmail.com  and we will work with you to resolve the issue!

I think my package is lost - can you send me a replacement?

We send all packages through Canada Post.  It is recommended to check your tracking information continually (we see the same information on our end). If it has been 20-30 days and your package still has not been delivered, please contact us and we will take the next step with Canada Post.

 

SHIPPING

How long is your processing time?

All doormats are made to order and are typically shipped out within 2-4 days. However, processing times are subject to change. This timeline does not include shipping time, weekends or holidays. Once shipped, delivery times are usually 1-4 business days via Canada Post.

With customized doormats we'll work directly with you to finalize your design and ship those out as soon as your design is approved. 

My package says it was delivered but it's not here. What do I do?

If your tracking says the package was successfully delivered but it's not in your mailbox or on your porch, the next step would be for you to start a claim with Canada Post. A situation like this is unfortunately out of our hands but we will do our best to help locate your package. However, if the tracking states a successful delivery, we are not responsible for sending a replacement item or issuing a refund. 

Can My Order Be Picked Up?

We do offer local customers an option to pick up their orders. The customer pick-up option will be displayed on the checkout page for you to select. Orders will be processed within 24 hours, and we will contact you via e-mail once your order is ready for pick up (typically between 2-4 business days). The address will be provided in the confirmation email.

ONE MONTH PICK UP POLICY

If you choose “pick up”, we will reach out to arrange a time of pick up. We will send a total of 3 notices - one includes notification from www.wildecactus.ca. If you do not pick up within one month from time of first pick up notification, you will forfeit your order and it will go under ownership of Wilde Cactus. There will be no refunds.
